CHICKEN FAJITAS 
4 lg. chicken breasts, skinned
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lg. green pepper
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Lawry's salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Shredded cheddar
Flour tortilla shells

De-bone breast and cut into thin slices. Brown in about 2 teaspoons of oil. Add sliced green peppers and onion and sauce. Add rest of spices and cook on simmer 30 minutes.

Place shredded cheese on flour tortillas, microwave about 5 seconds or until cheese melts. Add chicken and enjoy. Makes about 12 fajitas, depending on how much you fill them.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
