CHICKEN FAJITAS | |
4 lg. chicken breasts, skinned 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 lg. green pepper 1 med. onion, sliced thinly 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. Lawry's salt 1 tsp. cayenne pepper Shredded cheddar Flour tortilla shells De-bone breast and cut into thin slices. Brown in about 2 teaspoons of oil. Add sliced green peppers and onion and sauce. Add rest of spices and cook on simmer 30 minutes. Place shredded cheese on flour tortillas, microwave about 5 seconds or until cheese melts. Add chicken and enjoy. Makes about 12 fajitas, depending on how much you fill them. |
