LASAGNA ROLL - UPS 
SAUCE:

1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. oregano
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato paste

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 c. shredded mozzarella
:
8 cooked & drained lasagna noodles
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
:
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

To make sauce: Cook meat, onion, garlic and oregano until meat is browned and onion is tender, stirring to break up meat. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, water and tomato paste. Heat to boiling, turn to low and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

To make filling: Just combine ingredients, and set aside. Pat dry the cooked noodles with a paper towel. On each noodle, spread about 1/3 cup cheese filling. Fold over 1 inch and roll up.

Spread 2 cups of the meat sauce in a 13 x 9 inch dish. Place rolls seam side down in dish. Spoon remaining sauce over rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until hot. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
