CHINESE ONION-STIRRED EGGS | |
4 eggs 2 tbsp. peanut oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 med. onion 1. Stir eggs, salt and oil together. 2. Cut onion into vertical sections. 3. Stir-fry onion in oil over low heat until partially cooked. Salt lightly. 4. Add egg mixture to onions and stir-fry over medium heat. 5. Serve over cooked rice. |
