MARTHA'S COMPANY CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. Mueller's egg noodles (4 c.)
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (or 3 cans)
1/2 lb. cottage cheese (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. snipped scallions
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter

Heat oven 375 degrees. Cook noodles; drain. In 1 tablespoon hot butter, saute beef until browned. Stir in tomato sauce. Remove from heat.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions and peppers. Mix well.

In two quart casserole, spread 1/2 noodles; cover with cheese mixture; cover with rest of noodles. Pour on melted butter. Then pour on meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
