COMPANY PERFECT CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. dried onion
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumb
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 can chicken soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. paprika
1 2/3 c. water

Combine hamburger, egg, sour cream, bread crumbs, and dried onion. make into 16 balls, roll in flour and paprika. Brown balls in butter. Then add the other ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve with noodles or spuds.
