BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lb. steak
1 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Noodles

Cut steak into narrow strips. Brown with the onions, salt, and pepper. Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup, and water. Add to meat mixture. Stir in simmer until meat is tender. Serve over noodles.
