MARINATED BROCCOLI 
3 c. bite-size broccoli flowerets
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. chili paste

Place broccoli in boiling water; heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 1 minute and drain. Immediately rinse in cold water; drain. Mix remaining ingredients; stir in broccoli. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Drain just before serving. 4 servings.
