BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced pasteurized process cheese spread or 1 (8 oz.) jar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c. cooked rice

In saucepan, in 1 tablespoon oil, cook celery and onion until tender crisp. In bowl, combine soup and milk; stir celery and onion mixture, cheese, broccoli and rice.

Pour into 10x6 inch baking dish, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
