BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lg. round steak or 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/4 c. butter (if hamburger is used, omit)
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dab of flour
1 container sour cream
1 (4 oz.) mushrooms

Cut steak into bite size pieces, trim off all fat. Melt butter in skillet and cook meat over low flame, turning until done on all sides. Pour in onion and mushrooms, and cook until onion is clear. Sprinkle flour over all of this and stir until mixed. Cook a minute or so until flour is mixed and cooked some. Then add soup, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce, stir well and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally, serve over noodles or rice.
