IRISH POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 Irish potatoes, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
4 to 5 slices American cheese
1 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer potato slices, onion slices, small pieces of cheese, pepper, and salt; dot with butter. Continue layers and bake in, covered (8x8x4 inch) casserole dish at 325 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
