IRISH POTATO AND ONION CASSEROLE 
Potatoes
Onions
Margar ine
Salt
Pepper
Milk
Cheese, grated

Begin by slicing potatoes and onions. Place in casserole dish a layer of potatoes and a layer of onions. Alternate until dish is about 3/4 full. Dot each layer with butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour sweet milk over this and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until vegetables are tender.
