BAKED CORN 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix together the muffin mix, sour cream, eggs, corn and melted butter. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes more. Cut in squares and serve. Yields 8 servings.
