CHEESED POTATO CRISPS 
2 c. Kellogg's corn flakes
5 med. baking potatoes, pared
1/4 c. regular butter, melted
Salt
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Paprika

1. Measure corn flakes; crush to 1 cup; set aside.

2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into slices about 1/4" thick. Place cut side down in single layer in shallow rectangular baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter turning to coat both sides of potato slices.

3. Sprinkle potatoes wwith salt, then with cheese. Top ith crushed corn flakes and sprinkle with paprika.

4. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 5 to 6 servings.
