BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN 
4 lbs. chicken pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. dried basil
2 tsp. dried rosemary
2 lemons, halved (1 c. juice)

Arrange chicken pieces in shallow baking pan, single layer. Mix seasonings and sprinkle half over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, turn chicken, sprinkle with rest of seasonings. Leave uncovered and bake 30 minutes longer. Squeeze lemon over top of chicken and serve.
