CHEESE GRITS 
7 c. water
2 tsp. salt
2 c. grits

Cook in boiling water 5 minutes. Into hot grits, add:

1/3 c. grated onion
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 sm. can green chilies (optional)

Pour into casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. This serves a big crowd, 15-20.
