DRESSING AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. bag frozen vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese, thick slices
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing

Use California blend vegetables.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix Stove Top dressing according to directions. Place frozen vegetables in bottom of 2-quart casserole. Pour mushroom soup over vegetables; cover with layer of sliced Velveeta cheese, overlapping slices.

Cover with Stove Top dressing; place in oven and bake about 45 minutes.
