JUDY'S CHEESE GRITS 
1 1/2 c. quick grits
6 c. water (do not salt)
1 1/2 sticks butter
Few drops Tabasco sauce, to taste
2 rolls Garlic cheese
2 tsp. seasoned salt
3 eggs, beaten

Cook the grits in the 6 cups of water until done, about 5 minutes. Melt the butter and add to the cooked grits. Add Tabasco, seasoned salt, and Garlic cheese rolls. Stir until cheese has melted. Add the beaten eggs. Pour into a long baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15. This recipe may be halved.
