OATS 'N' HONEY BARS 
1 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. butterscotch chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, beat butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, rolled oats and salt; mix well. Stir in butterscotch chips. Press in ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cut into bars. 36 bars.

Absolutely delicious. They taste better than anything I could find at a bakery. Flaky on the outside and soft inside. Phenomenal.

I didn't use the butterscotch chips, so they are a bit crumbly. I might throw in an egg next time and see how it turns out. Also, I used Becel margarine instead of butter. I sprinkled some chopped walnuts on top before putting it in the oven.

Great recipe !! I swapped the butterscotch chips for 1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup pine nuts (chopped) as our son cant have sugar and it was perfect.. thanks for sharing !! :)
