CINNAMON CANDY SALAD 
4 c. water
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cherry Jello
1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. cinnamon candies
2 (15 oz.) jars applesauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Lettuce

Heat water to boiling, add Jello, stir until dissolved. Reduce heat to low. Stir in cinnamon candy, stir until melted. Remove from heat, add applesauce, lemon juice, stir. Pour 4 cups into ring mold (medium size). Let get almost firm. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayonnaise, stir in nuts. Spread on firm Jello. Heat rest of Jello until slightly melted. Beat stiff. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm, unmold. Put on top of lettuce that has been arranged on a platter.
