SPINACH STUFFED TOMATOES 
6 to 7 med. tomatoes
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Dash tabasco
Juice of one lemon
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Hollow out tomatoes and salt. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain liquid from spinach and add remaining ingredients to spinach. Fill tomato cavities with spinach mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.

NOTE: May stuff mushrooms with this spinach mixture. Dip mushrooms in melted butter with a little garlic powder in it. Place in buttered casserole and bake according to above directions.
