SPINACH PIES 
1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 lb. Ricotta
Pepperoni, thin sliced as much as desired
2 pie shells, 9 inch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook frozen spinach as directed. Drain by squeezing water from spinach. Add all ingredients - mix well. Put mixture in pie shells. Cook for 45 minutes.
