ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can English peas, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. grated cheese
3/4 stick melted butter
1 c. Ritz crackers, finely crushed

Combine peas, water chestnuts, onion and soup. Mix together the butter and crackers; sprinkle over the top. Add cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until top is bubbly.
