SUPER EASY CHOCOLATE SUNDAE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix (your favorite)
2 cups Cool Whip
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can prepared chocolate icing (your favorite)

Bake cake mix according to directions on package. Bake in a spring-form pan. Cool completely and split cake in half (I use a Wilton cake slicer).

Mix Cool Whip, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fill cake layer with mixture.

Frost top and sides of cake with chocolate icing (dip knife in hot water for ease in spreading).

Top cake with an additional scoop of Cool Whip and a cherry. Keep refrigerated.
