BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices white bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage; drain and cool. Crumble slightly dried bread. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and cheese. Add bread crumbs and sausage.

Place in greased 8x12 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown on to. You may also use ham instead of sausage. Can add mushrooms and chopped green peppers.
