BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. croutons
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooked bacon or sausage
1 c. shredded cheese
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine croutons and cheese in greased baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 inches). Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour or until eggs set. Garnish with bacon or sausage.
