BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
2 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
4 slices bacon, fried
Salt, pepper, onion powder to taste

Put cheese and croutons in bottom of 9 inch square dish. Combine eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over croutons. Crumble bacon on top. Bake 60 minutes, 325 degrees. Can substitute ham for bacon.
