BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage, brown and drain
1 tsp. chopped onion
10 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed

Mix all ingredients together and into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 45 minutes covered at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake for about 15 minutes more. Serves 6-8.

Notes: Ham or bacon may be substituted for the pork sausage. Half a recipe nicely fills an 8 x 8 inch pan.
