MARINATED VEGETABLES 
2 c. combo sliced carrots and cauliflower, cooked crisp tender
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped

SAUCE:

1/4 c. oil
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar (or less)
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend sauce in mixer.

Layer vegetables. Cover with sauce. Refrigerate 24 hours.
