BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
2 c. chopped onion, sauteed
2 lb. ground beef
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Brown meat and onions. Add soup, sauces, mushrooms and heat. Place noodles in bottom of baking dish. Spread meat mixture over noodles. Top with cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake 10 minutes more. Freeze leftovers.
