HAMBURGER CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. uncooked instant rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can bean sprouts (or Chinese mixed veggies)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 oz. Chinese noodles

In saucepan brown celery and onion in butter until tender.

In a large casserole dish mix rice, vegetables, soups, soy sauce, water and pepper, add onions and celery when done.

In same saucepan brown hamburger and add to casserole. Mix well. Top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes until rice is done.
