2 c. shortening
2 c. peanut butter
2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda

Mix well the first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix and drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 8 dozen.
