BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 unbaked pie shells

In large bowl combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Stir in buttermilk gently - do not beat. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake until set almost to center. Temperature: 350. Time: 45-60 minutes.
