CHERRY PIE 
1 can pie cherries
1/3 c. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. brown sugar

Combine all and let stand 15 minutes. Pour into unbaked crust - dot with butter. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 minutes then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
