CHERRY PUDDING 
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. canned sour cherries, drained
3 c. water and cherry juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients in greased baking dish, mixing thoroughly. Bake at 375 degree (moderate) oven for 30 minutes or until done; stirring every 10 minutes and again when removed from oven.
