CHERRY PUDDING 
3 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
1/8 tsp. salt
1 can drained cherries, save juice; add water to 2 1/2 c.
1 c. sugar
6 drops red food color

Combine all ingredients and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Boil 6-10 minutes. Add more tapioca and boil again if it does not thicken. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
