CHERRY ALMOND PUDDING 
2 c. red sour cherries
1 tbsp. quick cooking Minute Tapioca
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. juice

Put the above ingredients in baking dish without greasing.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. almonds or other nuts
1/3 c. milk

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add nuts, then cut in shortening. Add milk; drop by teaspoon on the fruit and spread out. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.

You may add almond extract to the milk instead of putting nuts in it.
