ITALIAN PARMESAN CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (bone in or boned) or 1/2 chicken, skinned
1/2 c. Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt or powder to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
butter (about 2 tablespoons)

(Can omit butter and use butter flavored Pam to spray chicken and oven-proof dish.

Mix dry ingredients. Melt butter and coat chicken pieces, then roll in crumb mixture and place in oven-proof dish that butter was melted in. Place in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour for bone-in pieces or 45 minutes for boned breasts or until crumbs browned and chicken tests done.
