PEA SALAD 
1 can sm. kernel white corn
1 can peas, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
2 oz. pimentos, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. salad vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Pour sauce over. Stir and let stand overnight.
