PEAS AND MUSHROOM TOSSED SALAD 
2 qt. assorted salad greens, torn into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 c. frozen peas
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. halved mushrooms
1/4 c. onions
4 slices crispy bacon

DRESSING:

4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. whipped cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

In large bowl combine everything except dressing. Mix dressing. Pour over greens. Add bacon last.
