MERRY CHRISTMAS CANDY | |
1 stick of butter 2 boxes of sifted powdered sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can of angel food coconut 1 pkg. chocolate chips 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand Milk 2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 black paraffin Melt butter in large pan and add vanilla, Eagle Brand milk, coconut, and pecans and mix well, add sugar a small amount at a time. Mix together, it will get necessary to use your hands. Roll candy into balls and place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Put candy in refrigerator freezer for about 5 minutes. Melt paraffin in double boiler and add chips to melt. Remove candy and dip in chocolate, return to wax paper to cool. Keep in refrigerator. |
