CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
4 oz. boneless chicken breast
1 pita pocket cut in pieces
1/2 c. chicken bouillon (dissolved in 1/2 c. water)
1 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. broccoli-cauliflower blend
1/2 c. canned chicken broth
Poultry seasoning, garlic powder and parsley to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Put chicken in casserole. Mix ingredients except for broccoli-cauliflower and chicken broth and place on top of uncooked chicken. Put vegetables on each side of dish. Add chicken broth. Cover and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Serves as a low calorie dish for 2. May be increased for a family.
