CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. or 12 oz. chicken
1/2 c. red bell pepper
1/2 c. green onions
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. broccoli
1 pkg. noodles

Cook noodles until soft; if chicken is not canned, cook chicken until done. Mix all ingredients together, put in a casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes on 350 degrees.
