BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET 
Fresh beef brisket
1/2 bottle liquid smoke
Onion salt
Garlic salt
Worcestershire sauce

Pour 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke over fresh brisket. Sprinkle both sides with onion salt and garlic salt. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Use a glass pan! Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and bake 4 hours at 275 degrees covered. May turn during cooking. (Do not buy corned beef brisket.)
