2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Adolph's tenderizing salt

Sprinkle both sides of the brisket with the Adolph's tenderizing salt and let set for 1 hour. Combine seasoning salt, pepper, and paprika; rub into both sides of the brisket. Place brisket in a shallow baking container.

Combine oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves, pour marinade mixture over brisket and refrigerate for 2 days, turning occasionally. Remove from the marinade, coat both sides with your favorite brand of barbecue sauce and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 day. Wrap basted brisket in heavy duty cooking foil and bake in a 200 degree oven for 8 to 10 hours or until tender.
