MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cooked macaroni rings
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine chicken, onion and salt and refrigerate for several hours. Combine oranges, grapes, celery, macaroni rings and salad dressing; then combine with chicken mixture. Whip the cream and fold into the rest of the salad.
