MANDARIN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. green grapes
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. macaroni rings
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. cream, whipped

Cook macaroni according to direction; cool. Combine chicken, onion and salt. Refrigerate a few hours. Add grapes, celery, oranges, almonds, cooled macaroni and salad dressing to cooled chicken mixture. Mix together and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving fold in the whipped cream.
