CHICKEN TACOS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked and shredded chicken
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 (1 1/4 oz.) env. taco seasoning mix
12 taco shells
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Sliced avocado
Sour cream
Taco sauce

In medium skillet, saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in chicken, taco sauce, and seasoning mix. Simmer, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, heat taco shells according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture into taco shells. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve with taco sauce. Makes 12 tacos.
