APRICOT GELATIN SALAD 
1 lg. apricot Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
1 can crushed & drained pineapple
2 sliced bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 can drained & sliced mandarin oranges

TOPPING:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. dessert topping mix

Prepare gelatin and add pineapple, bananas, marshmallows and oranges. Refrigerate until firm. Combine egg, sugar, flour and juice in pan. Cook until thick. Add cheese and butter. Prepare topping mix according to package directions and add to cooled mixture. Spread over set Jello and refrigerate.
