MY FAVORITE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pkg. spinach
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or granules
3/4 c. minute rice
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream celery soup
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese (shred 1/2 the pkg.)

Brown the ground beef and onions, then drain off the fat. Thaw and drain the spinach. Add the spinach, oregano, garlic and rice to the ground beef onion mixture.

Mix together the sour cream, soup and the shredded cheese. Add this to the beef mixture and place in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and fruit salad.
