THE BEST BREAD 
1/3 c. oil
1/3 c. honey
1 1/2 to 2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. yeast
White flour as needed

Mix all ingredients until dough feels not too sticky or dry. Place dough in greased, covered bowl until double in size. Punch down and shape. Place in an oiled 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Let rise in a 200 degree oven (or on top of your table, where little fingers cannot reach) until doubled in bulk. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

When done, let sit for 10 minutes in pan, then take out of pan and put on rack to cool. When completely cool, cut into slices and put into bags so you do not lose freshness.
